Behind the Scenes: A Day with the City of Hope Pharmacy Team

This week, we had the privilege of spending time on the City of Hope campus capturing behind-the-scenes moments with a remarkable group—the pharmacy team who compound life-saving medications for patients.

From the careful setup and donning of PPE, to the intricate process of preparing each dose, we witnessed just how much attention, care, and precision goes into every step. It’s an incredibly detailed operation, and seeing it firsthand gave us an even greater appreciation for the people behind the scenes.

We also had the chance to speak with several members of the pharmacy staff, who shared their dedication to ensuring each patient receives the highest quality care. Their stories, passion, and commitment were both moving and inspiring.
