Mindfulness in Action: Filming with Tools for Peace

Last week, we had the opportunity to spend four inspiring days with Tools for Peace during their Teen Summer Camp—a program dedicated to teaching mindfulness, meditation, and compassion to young people.

With around 25 students in attendance, the camp created space for self-awareness, connection, and personal growth. It was a privilege to witness how open and engaged these teens were, embracing every practice and conversation with curiosity and heart.

Whether it was a group meditation, a mindful walk, or simply sharing reflections with one another, each moment served as a reminder of how powerful these tools can be—especially during the formative teen years.

Spotlight: Tools for Peace After-School Programs

In addition to the summer camp, we recently collaborated with Tools for Peace to create a short sizzle reel highlighting their after-school programs in several Los Angeles-area middle schools.

These programs give students a chance to develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-regulation—skills that will serve them both inside and outside the classroom.
